The Senior Adult Ministry is designed for anyone age 55 and over. We have a wide variety of interests and activities and plenty of opportunities to stay connected to other senior adults.
Sunday School – 9:15am
Sunday Bible Study Groups for seniors meet every Sunday morning. Dalraida offers men’s and women’s classes as well as co-ed classes. This provides a great opportunity to grow in the Lord and also build close relationships.
Sunday Worship Service – 10:30am
Our normal worship service meets each Sunday at 10:30AM. We’ll use multiple musical styles and songs, performed with utmost excellence. We’ll play songs you’d hear on the radio. We’ll sing hymns that have been sung for centuries, modern worship songs and music from around the world; all with the goal of helping people just like you encounter Jesus Christ.
Thursday New Beginning Fellowship – 10:30am
Our monthly service, held on the third Thursday of each month in the Fellowship Hall opens with singing, followed by a mission moment and time of prayer. We conduct a little “business”, look at scripture and then have a short program (many different varieties, singing groups, informational groups, etc.). Afterward, a delicious meal is served provided by the church.
Our Monthly Excursions
A special outing or Lunch Bunch is planned in almost every month. Our excursions are a wonderful opportunity to do something fun together, whether it’s dining at a restaurant or taking a trip. For more info, contact the church office.
